Interreligious Dialogue and Cultural Awareness
The third thematic area will be focused on the citizens’ cultural competences and forms of interreligious dialogue which promote acceptance of cultural and religious pluralism in modern societies. Socio-religious, socio-legal and educational perspectives will be integrated to study the following issues: education and religious diversity; religious pluralism and interreligious dialogue in school curricula; intercultural/interreligious learning; models of confessional education in multicultural environments; religious literacy and conflict resolution; cultural awareness and religious diversity at the workplace; culture, art and religious/secular sensitivity; religion, everyday communication and inclusion; religious pluralism and legal culture; religious freedom literacy; cultural competences and occupational culture; media representation in multicultural society; religious pluralism and cultural competences.
